The room was comfortable and clean except for the old carpet. The staff were helpful and breakfast was very good. I loved being by the river . I wished their was more than the one restaurant within walking distance, but overtime the stay was great.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Right on the GAP Trail, we biked right from the hotel both north and south. They had a hose to wash our bikes, cleaning clothes to wipe them down and we could keep them in a designated room overnight. The breakfast was very good and we had an amazing view of the river. The staff went out of their way to be helpful to our needs as guests.

Very sweet staff offered lots of local knowledge. The woman tending the breakfast was cheerful and kept the buffet full and clean. Although we did not use the pool, many people seemed to be having fun with the indoor pool. We LOVED overlooking the river from our 3rd floor room and resting in Adirondack chairs placed along the hotel's riverfront - what a beautiful view!

Very friendly staff which made our stay relaxed and comfortable. Conveniently located next to the trail. Only drawback was the air conditioner made the room smell musty. Be aware that even though it is next to the river it is also next to a busy railway and over pass.

The room and the setting were a wonderful surprise. Being right beside a river (literally) and with great views, it was a really relaxing stay. We are hoping to be able to make time to return in the fall to see the leaves changing.

We liked the location and how clean everything was. The cleaning lady had an irregular schedule sometimes in our room when we came back from breakfast so we had to put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door and call her when we left. Still we loved the place and will stay there whenever we come back to the region.

It's not clear to me how nice Connelsville itself is. But this hotel, right on the river and right on the bike path, was excellent. Staff was wonderful, restaurant next door was very nice, and the river and the park very close were charming. Might only be of interest to a certain subset of people but for those folks it is wonderful.

You won’t regret staying here! Very clean. Good selection in tv channels. Great view. Great out door sitting area. Could be a very romantic place without children. We were here with our 2 daughters (12 and 23) and they both enjoyed many aspects of the hotel. Small pool but we didn’t use it. Appealing and perfect for adults. Fine for kids 12+. Younger kids could get bored but the pool would probably help. Friendly staff. I highly recommend.

Loved eating breakfast on the outside deck above the river . The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff even called us to see if we were satisfied with the room and asked if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again.
