"Decent size suite for Japan standards. Sofa beds not made up, are small (for a tall family) and very firm. However overall a nice suite. Staff extremely helpful and kind, when we lost my sons phone, even posted it to Niseko for us. Property close to train station but could benefit from being more central to more restaurants and site seeing."

"This is an apartment hotel and best suited for longer stays. The rooms are well stocked with a decent size kitchen and in-suite laundry unit. It's clean and reasonably priced. The neighbourhood is very close to many train lines. But the best thing about Section L is the staff. Very friendly and very helpful! "

"Excellent cleaning staff
Quick but a bit better communication
I had Do No Disturb sign up for a few hours
They skipped me but should inform of a deadline for cleaning "
"Clean, quiet hotel despite being in one of the busiest parts of Tokyo. Staff are all very friendly and professional. Would happily recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tokyo."
"I searched for DAYS for a nice hotel for my family and I for our first time in Tokyo and so glad we found this one. An absolutely beautiful hotel with exceptionally kind staff and well-appointed rooms that doesn't break the bank.
The location couldn’t be better, right across from Ueno Park (one of Japan’s first public parks) and conveniently next to a 7/11 (and many other food options) for our early riser friends.
Highly recommend!"
