Guests are required to walk up a flight of stairs from 6th to 7th floor to reach those guestrooms.
A scheduled power outage will take place on November 5, 2025, from noon-1 PM. All facilities that use power, including elevators will not be available during this time.

Staff was really nice (they helped me make a local booking) and room was bigger than expected, all the basic necessities were provided, even had a TV that could play Netflix and Youtube, overall a really pleasant stay :) the hotel is slightly further from the train station (took a bit of trial and error to find the shortest route) but iidabashi train station is very well connected and the area is a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood with a few convenience stores near the train station, very convenient area to stay in Tokyo!

its a renovation hotel, room is clean & spacious amongst Tokyo hotels. though the hotel should improve their sewage, bad smell from somewhere in the toilet.
