“The hotel service was very disappointing. We booked 2 rooms and paid, but once we arrived we found out the staff had double booked the room so we had no where to stay and they charged us for the room anyway. Would not recommend. The cruise has its own small tender boat to transport passengers to and from the cruise to port and small islands. The tourguide, also the cruise manager, spoke good English and took care of each passenger well. The tour covered all meals on the cruise, hotel-level breakfast, lunch and dinner.
