“Appartamento carino e moderno ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici per andare nel centro della città’. Può contenere fino a 4 persone ma Noi in tre ci stavamo abbastanza stretti. Il quartiere è ultra popolare”

“地點很好，房間乾淨整齊，應該是一個不錯的選擇。可惜一直沒收到事先48小時要傳送的入住登記連結，苦等不到後前一晚聯繫hotels.com的客服。告知情況，線上人員查詢後告知該飯店必須線上事先入住登記，代打電話聯繫飯店，線上等待後服務人員回覆飯店方下午5點後就不接電話，會持續幫忙追蹤還發email確認此事件。可惜當天至下午3點都無任何回覆。只好直接打電話給飯店（此時還無法用whatapp聯繫），等待冗長的語音後終於有人回應，詢問完整資料（姓名，訂房編號）後才說要先線上登記，再詢問我的email信箱（逐字確認）後終於收到連結完成登記方可前往入住。此時才有商業登記的whatsapp號碼。這一切過程讓在外旅遊的我心力交瘁。”

“It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc). Nobody showed up the next day. So our complaint was not resolved. There’s also construction work outside of the……
