I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all

Staff is very helpful and friendly. I was very pleased with the extra amenities that we received as an Elite Club member such as the Elite Club Lounge & restaurant.

Rooms are very modern and impeccable. The staff is very friendly throughout the hotel. Very kid friendly! The kid’s club was fantastic and the play areas in the restaurants allowed the adults to linger over dinner and enjoy another glass of wine.

The pros: The grounds are impeccable, the staff was absolutely amazing and our room was the best we've ever had. We opted for the two story honeymoon suite with the plunge pool and it was worth every penny. Cons: The beach was almost unswimmable because of the seaweed. We went in late June. Do your research before you go. We didn't and the seaweed was relentless and often 2-3 feet high all the way along the beach each morning. The staff worked tirelessly to clear it each day, but the seaweed kept coming in waves for 6 straight days. We were thoroughly unimpressed by the food considering how amazing the complex was. We often ate at places more than once and the consistency of the food was severely sub par. Our room had a refrigerator that kept drinks lukewarm at best. And the ice machine could not keep up with demand. Overall , we loved the place, but the food kept it from being a repeat destination.
