Third time coming to this place and have no regrets. Customer service is just amazing, everything is perfect here.

The experience was amazing. The staff was welcoming and went above and beyond for us. We celebrated my friends birthday and they set up at various points balloons and cake. Their vibe was unmatched I cannot wait to return.

I have stood at many of the Riu brands in dominican republic. The property at Riu Macao was my latest. It appeared knline that they had undergone a facelift for their room but i must have been in the wronf building. I rented the suite on 4th floor ocean front. Room looked a little beat down. Tub was old and stained, although clean. Had a leak in the cieling, i called they took forever. So i left and never even got a courtesy call back to apologize for thr inconvenience even though the proplem was resolved. I was shocked to see how little options the buffet had as well. To me it was sub par. I chose to eat out most of the time. Grounds are kept nice, beach was amazing. I just feel the human touch needs to come back a little at this resort.

The room needs total update shower was noisy and outdated the sleeper sofa was wet and smelly they need more different meat than beef and pork the riu party was good but they need more balance of English music for the foreigners but the cleaning staff was awesome especially alba Acosta all and all was a decent stay
