Some staff were rude, older crowd. Beautiful property

Everything exceeded our expectations. The food and drinks were surprisingly good, the staff was amazing, and the amenities were very nice. The property itself isn't necessarily quiet, but far quieter than some of the other RIU properties, but you still get access to all of them. The only even slight complaint I would have is that the air conditioning didn't get cold enough and was not adjustable.

Our first trip to Punta Cana was truly unforgettable, and the Hard Rock made it even more special. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with everything this resort had to offer—and we’re already talking about coming back! The food was absolutely amazing, with such a wide variety and great quality at every restaurant. There was always something delicious to try. The pools and water park were a huge hit—perfect for both relaxing and having fun. And the drinks? Incredible! There was a bar on practically every corner, which made it so easy to enjoy yourself throughout the day. But what truly made our experience stand out was the staff. Every single person we encountered was attentive, kind, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay the best it could be. Their hospitality made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. The Hard Rock Punta Cana left a lasting impression on our family, and we can’t wait to return!

Grounds are beautiful, room was clean, most of the staff were nice. Do not eat at Agave, I’m not even sure how that’s called Mexican food. La Bambola was delicious and the breakfast buffet was great. I did find hair in my food on two occasions. The beach was gorgeous but we almost avoided it because of all of the vendors selling goods and they are VERY intrusive and persistent. Simply will not leave you alone. DON’T FORGET YOUR SUNSCREEN. Their convenience store charges 33-40 USD for sunscreen. Very bad wifi signal except in the room. Try to learn some basic Spanish before you go. Lots of staff don’t speak any English at all. It was a nice vacation but we won’t return.

This resort was wonderful. Me and my partner were pleased with our room, the staff throughout the resort and the various on site restaurants. We will most definitely be returning.
