“Wifi is not working ”

“An excellent & amazing property. Everything in the room was clean & fresh, though I will note it seems to be a newer hotel so maybe time will show some wear eventually. The staff are also very kind & attentive—they even provide a personal assistant to help you with anything you need during your stay. Granted this could be a pro or con depending on your personality & culture—some more independent-minded travelers may find it a bit overwhelming/smothering, but for us it was very helpful & Atabek……

“Old house and facilities but the owner is very kind.”

“Horrible customer service no one speaks English some kids working have no clue what they doing. They dont partner with expedia. Asked us to pay cash on top because they have no access to expedia.”
