“Todo exelente. La habitación es acogedora, cómoda, y tiene todo lo que se necesita para estar cómodo y satisfecho, la decoración es muy bonita y me sentí con mi propia libertad y con mi privacidad total también a la misma vez. De seguro volveré de nuevo. Me gustó caminar para la playa y es muy seguro, es de los lugares más seguros que he visitado. Hay una plaza pequeña muy cerca con mini market y 2 restaurantes, la piscina también me gustó. La habitación tiene buen aire acondicionado, la verdad……

“The rooms are clean, the bed was very comfortable. They have been updating the rooms to include new beds. Breakfast is served on time, and is mostly Panamanian cuisine. They staff is very helpful. The area is walkable with stores and restaurants nearby. I would stay again.”

“This property was excellent. Check in was easy and they sent out a detailed email with all the info we needed to get in and lock up. The space itself was incredibly clean and beautiful. The pool was beautiful but unfortunately too chilly to fully enjoy at the moment. The view was incredible though. Also, should our to La Micaela cafe next door for having the best coffee I’ve had in a while. Got two cups in our one day stay! What a great deal for what we paid! Would definitely stay here again.”

“The property overall was decent. I'm not going to lie I was judging it before I got there. I was actually impressed by the room, the amenities such as the gym and pool. The spa looked like it was pretty nice I did not get a service though. The food was pretty good but breakfast wasnt good. Overall I would stay again and I would just maybe purchase breakfast instead of enjoying the free breakfast”

“I made a reservation and right away a reached out to them to just change the date for me. No response still and not in time for me to cancel reservations prior to the cancel date. No respond in time nor have they a day later. Still awaiting.”

“Al llegar, me atendio un hombre bastante amable, llegue temprano y me permitió dejar mi maleta para dar la vuelta mientras , la ubicación es una arma de doble filo porque si es muy céntrico, pero al menos la habitación que me toco tenia mucho ruido, era el ùltimo piso y el bochorno era considerable, aparte de que llevaba maleta pesada y no hay elevador, aunque el mismo hombre de la recepción el día del check out me ayudo a bajarla muy amablemente. Yo fui con mi papà asi que creo que eso me……

“Having the ability to shop in the mall and it meet all my needs. The staff was accommodating and friendly. I was given the opportunity for a late checkout. Although there was a language barrier it did not prevent me from experiencing amazing customer service from the staff. They were always pleasant and helpful where necessary. Thanks for your service.
