There are windows yes, but you are looking in a "hole" where you see just other windows and it smells. There is no real light. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is also nice. Once we arrived we were a bit upset that the fridge still had drinks and food in it, plus all the glasses were dirty. I would have expected that they check this before. but they immediately suggested to clean it. The support at the reception was very good, the person in charge is very helpful and kind. There is no complain there, he's always reachable and really doing a good job. The kitchen was ok, very convenient to have. The main problem is the bathroom, because there is a sewer smell that just does not stop. If you leave the bathroom door open the sewer smell gets to the bedroom and the living room, which is just unbearable. Something else that is terrible is the noise coming from the bars downstairs, even with the windows closed.
