“Opera 35 was a comfortable place in a good location. The hotel staff were polite friendly and helpful. The decor was wonderful with an unexpected courtyard with lounges table and chairs to relax in. The room was spacious and spotless. With amenities such as a well equipped kitchenette fresh water everyday. We had the breakfast twice in our four day visit. Food was plentiful and varied with hot and cold foods. Coffee was good. We appreciated that the bar provided a light fare outside of Italian……

“Alessandra and Antonio were very nice and helpful. They helped us with taxis and directions. The location was centrally located to all our activities and a short walk, 5-10 minutes to the train station, Porto Nouvo.”

“The apartment is very quiet, spacious, tidy and clean. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We got all the information from the desk since day 1 we checked in. There’s 24 hours emergency hotline, We found that there’s no hot water at the mid-night. We called the emergency hotline, immediately someone came to fix the problem within few minutes. It’s a wonderful experience and definitely we will come again.”

“酒店的位置非常独特，往前走几步就到波河，附近也有都灵理工大学，隐藏着各种美食。位于Via Roma和Eataly的中间，走路过去差不多半个小时左右。附近就有火车站，地铁和公交车，还是挺方便的，实在达不到车的时候，也可以骑路边的mobike，但是价格比起国内贵多了，基本每10分钟就要7元多，而且车辆基本是按照外国人的体型设计，不建议身高偏爱的朋友骑自行车。 酒店的大堂非常有艺术性，前台小哥也非常热情，基本不用过多说明就能明白你的意思，也给予了我们很多帮助。”

“Had a great stay. A little oasis in the middle of the city. The rooms were all unique and the staff was very responsive. My only concern ahead of the trip was not knowing for sure if they had baggage storage if we arrived earlier, stayed in town after check-out. But, the day before the trip the staff sent clear instructions for how to access the baggage room to store bags and it was all good. Cannot express how much of a hidden gem the hotel was. It was beautiful and conveniently located and we……

“前台的热情接待，将因火车司机罢工延误抵达的郁闷心情改善了许多。位置也很好，出行方便，出大门便是城市纪念雕塑公园，走不到10分钟便是连接通往多处景点的主干道，餐厅酒吧颇多，商业一应俱全。夜晚人声鼎沸热闹非凡，白天各式商店丰富多彩，逛累了可以很快很方便回到酒店。不足之处是酒店周围在修缮，景致和走路均稍有影响，但这应该是暂时的，酒店本身应该是很好的，还可以爬到楼顶上观景，能看见标志性建筑国家电影博物馆的塔尖，楼顶还有酒店自种的有机蔬菜植物园。”

“5 minutes walk to the train station, very convenient for travelers. Quiet and clean room. The bedding is comfortable. However, the water of bathroom is not hot enough for showering. Overall is good and satisfied.”
