We very much enjoy the location of the hotel, which was away from the hustle and bustle of Le Château Frontenac. Yes, it was at the bottom of the hill, but this was no problem. It was situated near numerous art galleries, as well as the oldest part of old Quebec. The Front desk staff and the concierge and the porters were very helpful. The only reason I gave the staff how far was the bar staff was a little sullen and a little slow. But, to be fair they seem to work very long hours. The drinks were good and one night there was a really excellent singer/piano/musician. That was absolutely fabulous. Our room was great and the heated floors in the bathroom were excellent. I would definitely go back and highly recommend.
