“入到酒店看來不錯, 有兩個洗手間,一個是大小便用,, 沒有去水位, 我住了三天 要自己清潔 投訴無門 聯絡清潔工 要我自己聯絡酒店, 投訴hotels.com 亦冇回應 ,早一日經過酒店 知道沒有回 reception 跟hotels.com聯絡 沒有回應 ，網站上酒店電話 只有八個字卻未能聯絡酒店 ， 正確應該有九個字， 到入住當天 只好在門口等待 ，check-out亦冇人理會 只可放低鎖匙 回港後向hotels.com投訴 ，還被職員玩， 覺得他們一點都沒有問題 ，無論酒店及網頁 都不知所謂”

“Locate at safe area, near L1 line just walk 1 min, lots of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants around. The apartment’s are clean, spacious, tidy, smell good, along with air conditioner, comfortable beds. Highly reommend for family!”

“Design is modern and located in a central area of tourist attractions. The major issue with the design, however, is there is no door between the bedroom and the bathroom in this one bedroom apartment. All the smell and noise of toilet flushing from the bathroom affect the bedroom, especially worse at the middle of the night. No privacy especially when an additional window is right next to the bath and with semi-transparent glass door (not up to ceiling) for the toilet. Shower gel stain on the……

“The apartment was perfect for our family - multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a full kitchen that was well equipped. Great place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas - providing a chance to experience the local culture yet just a short walk to the metro making it easy to get around the city. The property management was very communicative and helpful as well. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy at night due to adjacent businesses. ”
