“Front desk was overwhelmed when I checked in. They had customers waiting and they were on the phone with a manager trying to resolve issues within the hotel. when they finally help me they promised to refund the room because I had to wait and was given a smoking allowed room in lieu of non-smoking. They eventually check us in. The hotel is noisy due to its location near a main intersection.”

“The is an older complex that has been nicely upgraded. It has double-pane windows, vinyl floor, and aesthetically pleasing bathroom. I loved that there were no rooms above. The whole place is one-story. I also loved the carport parking. The room was clean, but not the bed, and not one of the towels. The pillows smelled like someone’s hair that had not been washed, and then I found a strand of hair on the bed sheet under the covers. The towel had fresh black smudges, as if some step on it.……
