“Check-in was easy except it was pouring down rain and the person on shift or an owner was parked under the covered area, so I had to get out in the rain during a storm. Overall, the property was ok for a cheap place to stay one night. The checkout process was poor. Showed they opened for breakfast at 7 but at 8:15 I had to ring the bell multiple times for someone to come to the outside window because the main door was locked. Once they answered, you could tell that they were still in bed asleep……

“I was disappointed with my recent stay. When I checked in, I was not given the opportunity to add my rewards number because I booked through Expedia. I understand the reservation was made through a third party, but I should still have been offered the option to receive credit for my stay if the hotel’s loyalty program allows it. Additionally, I stayed for two nights, and my room was never cleaned. When I asked about it, I was told the hotel was at full capacity and that I should have requested……

“Gave instructions for a second party arriving earlier. They were followed exactly!! Good deal will use again!”

“The door latch was broken so we couldn’t even lock the door we ended up going across the street to wal mart to buy a door lock wedge to feel safe and when we got into the room the floor was wet as if someone spilled a bucket of water onto the floor and the room temperature was so hot and it took about 2 hours for the temperature in the room to drop from 88 degrees to 75 degrees.”

“We did not stay here. There were roaches in the room. Luckily the staff was very cooperative and gave us a full refund.”
