The hotel is relatively cheap and cheerful by tromso standards so in a lot of ways you get what you pay for… it does represent better value than most. Unfortunately I couldn’t reduce the room temperature as low as I’d of liked so it was too warm over night, this was not the case in all rooms though. ...

The view was of the harbor and nice. Laundry was a company who took your laundry somewhere else. No laundry facilities at the hotel. Check in was 2 hours later than advertised. Air did not work in the room so it was warm and stuffy. TV had no service. Beds were too soft for us, not very comfortable. ...
