"The hotel is in a good location, the only positive quality. Internet rates for room reservation are not real, once reserved rates increase. They promise free internet and then charged for it (in the end they didn´t but had to discuss about it). When we try to talk to the staff about this, they turned completely on the defensive, impossible to reach a solution. In addition to that, everything is dirty, minimal maintenance, had to wash dishes and coffee machine to use them. If you want to stay...

The attention to detail of the furnishings and decoration was notable with high quality every where you look. High level of cleanliness too and super pleasant owners.
