Reservei esse B&B de última hora, e fiquei 2 noites, gostei da estadia, fica próximo as principais atrações de Veneza, porém ele é um pouco velho, a iluminação do quarto é fraca, e o ar condicionado faz muito barulho, outra coisa importante é em relação ao endereço, demoramos um pouco para encontrar, pois o endereço que consta no site do Hotéis.com, na verdade o B&B fica no Campo de San Luca, e não San Marco, poderiam melhorar as informações sobre a localização. O café da manhã é simples, mas gostoso

Not what the picture advertised

The hotel I thought I was getting is 100% not what we had! The picture advertised was of a very upscale room with big windows and looked very nice. Instead we had a run down apartment with dirty dishes and appliances that did not work. It was also incredibly noisy from the people in the street yelling until after 4 am both days.

Grosse fregatura

Dopo essere arrivati all'hotel ci viene detto che c'è un problema con il bagno della camera. Per questo motivo ci trasferiscono in un altra stanza di un altro hotel decisamente di qualità inferiore. Inoltre nessuno sconto per il disagio. Pessimo comportamento in quanto probabilmente la camera l'hanno data a qualcun altro.

Nous avons passé un agreable séjour a Venise. En depit d'avoir attendu 35 minutes sans que personne ne soit a la réception dès notre arrivée. L'hôtel est très bien et le personnel aimable.

最悪、最低!!!

まず、入り口が全く分からない!! まわりの店などに聞いても、わからない!!! ようやく見つけて、呼び鈴を押しても押してもスタッフが出てこない ３０分ぐらいしたら、外からスタッフがやってきて、愛想もなく 中に促す、中に小さな机がありチェックイン その後、どこかに出かけてしまいホテルスタッフは誰もいない状態 そのうち、他のお客さんが呼び鈴を鳴らし続けるが誰もこない 私たちが入口を開け、部屋にある紅茶を出してあげWiFiも自分の部屋のをつなげてあげる その後、大分経ってからスタッフが来るが、私たちになんの挨拶もない。 入口はいったん外にでると、鍵が開かない!!!! その後、日程のミスで別の系列のホテルを紹介された。 そこでWiFiをつなげようとするが、まったく繋がらず また、スタッフがいない １．２時間するとスタッフがようやく来る そのスタッフがWiFiは調子悪いので、今なおしている３０分ぐらいで なおります。 翌日の出発が早いので朝食を早くお願いしたいと言ったら 調子よく、８時に出発なのでそれまでに用意しますね。 また、空港までの船のスケジュールもプリントアウトしてお持ちしますと とても愛想がよかったが、結局WiFiも繋がらなく スケジュールも持ってくることなく 朝食も用意されず、愛想よく対応した後、すぐホテルをスタッフ出て行ったようです。 なので、チェックアウトもなく 私たちは出発しました。 ひどいなんてもんじゃない!!!イタリアのイメージを最悪にするホテルです。 そこはWiFiが
