A good hotel all round. Staff were very friendly and helpful - with typical ‘Italian’ efficiency! Excellent breakfast - rooms well appointed and clean. What makes this hotel really worthwhile is it is directly next to a valporetto water bus stop - with quick access to bus/train station.
Nice hotel, well appointed.. should leverage more the terrace… Location is good logistically (for train station) but a bit farther from most of the usual focus areas (St Mark Square etc)
Superb position on a canal with lots of local restaurants and bars. We had a wonderful room overlooking the canal. The staff were all truly excellent taking care of every aspect of the trip. It was a joy to stay at the hotel and we hope to return soon.
Rooms were fine as was the food. Had an issue with items inadvertently left in the hotel safe that for over 24 hours after being notified the management kept insisting that they were not found. Eventually management apologized for their confusion and sent the items on to my next hotel. Worked out but stressful

We stayed at this hotel from Japan for our honeymoon.
We were very impressed not only by the great location and cleanliness of the hotel, but also by the wonderful hospitality of the staff. After learning that we were on our honeymoon, the staff warmly congratulated us and went above and beyond to celebrate our special occasion. They decorated our bed with artificial roses and prepared bottles of wine for us, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture.
It was a wonderful hotel that made us feel that we would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Venice.
Thank you very much to the entire team for making our honeymoon so special.
This location is ideal. Right next to the vaporetto stop from the airport and to get to Murano. The Cannaregio area of Venice is ideal for a more intimate and less touristy Venice experience, while still being accessible to many popular tourist attractions.
Very impressed with the hotel there was nothing that we could fault from staff to cleanliness of rooms
We would definitely go back to Venice and definitely stay at this hotel again
Great service, good breakfast buffet selection plus complementary dish from the a la carte menu. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms but not very sound proof.
