The house is beautiful And the view is amazing.
however it has some problems. the microwave door has a sticker on it that says it occasionally pops a breaker if you're using another device at the same time. we did not have that problem however every time I tried to use the Keurig it popped a breaker that took out three plugs above the countertop. The website says It sleeps 6 and it does however there's only seating for 5 in the living room. There is rust in the kitchen sink The Hood Lite does not work there are no scrub brushes in the kitchen.
Could not lock the exterior door to the master bedroom. The instructions that were left On the counter said there were heaters in the closets. there were none. there was no hair dryer.
I have rented from VRBO approximately 20 to 30 over the years since the 90s. sometimes two or three times a year. This is the first time I have seen Vacasa as a manager. It is for all practical purposes a computer program. They are not responsive and they don't seem to care. Contacting them Before the trip is a lot like trying to contact the gas company It's almost impossible, from now on when I am booking a rental and I see their name I won't look any further I'll just go on to the next one. when we finally got someone on the phone they were in some other state I think. they had no idea where we were until we explained it. The manager sould be familiar with the unit.
