“I am extremly dissatisfied regarding my recent booking for an apartment that I was ultimately denied access to.
Despite arriving at the premises at the scheduled check-in time, I was informed that the apartment was already occupied by another guest.
Owner never responded to my messages and it appears the owner was unaware of my booking, which is incredibly concerning given that I had confirmed reservations.
This situation left me stranded and scrambling to find alternative accommodation for……
