We really enjoyed the wide porches outside our room, the Indian River waterway views and the easy walkable dining options. We would love to stay there again.

Kyle was amazing - very accommodating! Adorable room with an amazing view. The nearby restaurants and bars made for fun days and nights out. We would definitely stay here again! I can’t say enough about our visit.

Very quiet little place to stay, great location and very clean! The staff we did see were very polite but the office was never open during our stay. While we had no issues during our stay, I could see there being a problem getting ahold of someone if there was. Absolutely would stay here again!

There are many things I loved about Davis House Inn. It is in a quiet location. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot. Loved the seating area outside of the room. It was a short distance from a wonderful walking path along the river. Many bars and restaurants are within walking distance. My one complaint is the outdated hairdryer and broken iron in the room. I contacted the property manager before our arrival to make sure both were in the room, which they were. However, neither worked. I ended up purchasing a hair dryer to use during my stay. The property manager had to go to Walmart to purchase a new iron for our use. With the exception of these two things, we had a wonderful stay. The bottle of wine was a very nice perk!

It was quite there. The room was very clean. the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I would highly reccommend Davis house inn to anyone who would like to stay there. We would stay there again.

Near to Squid Lips. Great restaurant. Can see it from the Inn. Kyle, the innkeeper, was very helpful. They don’t have a full time front desk, but !when I arrived after 9 PM, I called him. He had put the room key in the key drop box by the office door.
