Perfect spot on the Indian river, places to sit in the shade up on the deck with the tiki bar and down by the water. A great place to watch the birds and pelicans come and go on their dock. The owners are super nice! I can’t wait to go back!

We had the top floor for our 3 day stay. The 3 bedroom/bath unit was very large and the kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful equipped. The innkeeper Kyle was helpful and friendly. The property was perfectly situated across from the river and in walking distance to the nice variety of restaurants.

Great location in Sebastian. Walking distance to many nice resturants and bars. The person handling the property was extremely helpful and always available. Room was spotless, super clean and a nice size. Unfortunately the room did not work for us. The bathroom was very tiny, the 'closet' unit has seen better days and was not useful. We had to use chairs to hold our bags. Our room was next to the main staircase so we had to keep the drapes closed most of the time for privacy; they are room darkening which made it uncomfortable.

The room was perfect, plenty of parking, an outdoor area with a koi pond full of fish, a view of the river and a big screen TV but best of all was the riverside dock across the street. There is a few benches to enjoy the view but if you enjoy fishing you’ll be glad to know there is a good fish bite. My husband pulled in several different species of fish and of then of course released them but he certainly had a blast catching them. We normally stay at Captain Hirams, but they were booked solid and they had one room left at the Davis Inn, thank goodness. This will definitely be our go to place to stay when visiting Sebastian and want to say thank you to the owners and all of their staff as we really appreciate you all!

We absolutely loved our two night stay! The room was cool and comfortable and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the early mornings on the dock watching the jumping fish and the birds. We can’t wait to come back!
