I had to arrive late at the accommodation for work and called 4 or 5 times in advance to ask how to check in, but the answer machine always answered and no one answered the phone. When we arrived at the facility late at night, we could not locate the reception desk and had no choice but to stay at another hotel nearby that night. "Gave us the top floor, climbing that spiral stairs was a work out! Besides that location was good, close to port, transportation and restaurant. Public parking expensive if you have car. I would stay here again, but only if I get a first floor room."
