8/10 很好！ (1,001 条点评)

The room was found in a terrible state. The bathroom was extremely dirty and then arranged for a room change on the first day. The lifts were always out of order and it took ages to wait for the elevator. The WiFi did not work at all and the staff were not helpful when there were issues. Overall, the stay was terrible and will never stay at this hotel again.
