“Zimmer war sauber und allgemein ist die Unterkunft geräumig und gut gelegen. Auf der kostenlose Parkplatz ist ein großes Pluspunkt. ABER das Zimmer war einfach zu warm. Wir hatten durchgehend 26,5 grad und konnten die Temperatur nicht selber regulieren. Unser Baby hat in der Nacht extrem geschwitzt. Mussten teilweise in der Nacht das Fenster aufmachen und dafür war es draußen zu laut…Kontakt mit dem Anbieter ist kaum gegeben. Habe gebeten die Temperatur runterzustellen es kam nichts zurück.……

“Excellent location. Walking distance to almost everything. Train/bus station right across the street. Was disappointed in the amenities, no shampoo or no conditioner. Only provided 2 coffee pods for a three night stay, no option to replenish pods. It was very noisy at this location, could hear all the traffic and people at night so no good sleeps here. ”

“Check in instructions were only in German, not in English - had to translate through my phone which is a bit troublesome. Bathroom became half flooded after taking a shower normally, water just kept seeping from the shower. Bathroom is also slightly molded. Wall has some holes from removal of probably furniture that were not made good. The property also has stairs towards 1/F upon entrance for access to room, not ideal for travelling with luggage or with accessibility needs. Asked for checking……

“The check-in and room key access is completely online which is fine if everything works well. The property itself is very clean and well set up. I had trouble unlocking the door which turned out to be my own fault, but it was stressful being stuck in the corridor with no way that I was aware of to get help. An email I sent at the time was answered a few hours later. I ended up waiting in the lobby for someone else to enter the building and they helped me. I also couldn't access wifi when I……

“This was a great place , great location . 1/2 mile walk from all the fun things tourist want to see. The only issue I had was my room might’ve been a connecting room at one time in the past so that door is still there . It’s a bit creepy . Then when I turned on my t v in the living room area the next door neighbor would bang on the door or wall for me to turn it down . I never had it past volume 8 which made me feel like I couldn’t watch tv . Not the biggest worry in the world but a bit……
