"During our stay we were constantly killing mosquitoes in our room. They appeared to be coming through louvered windows because screens did not fit tight. Walls are paper thin. When people were talking in the room next to ours, it sounded like they were right in our room. "

"The hotel is overall good and well located, which makes it a convenient option for getting around. The staff is friendly and the general condition of the facilities is good. However, there is one serious issue: the floor tends to get wet if the air conditioning is not set to a very cold temperature, which can be uncomfortable and even unsafe. In addition, the breakfast is quite poor, with very limited options and not much variety. Aside from these points, the rest of the experience was good."

"This was perfect for us. We loved the property and the animals. The location was great with a short walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our evenings on the patio. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a fabulous horseback riding adventure with Reuben. A simple breakfast was provided. They had lots of beach stuff available to use like chairs, mats, snorkeling gear, bug spray, lotion. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel was absolutely gorgeous it exceeded all of my expectations me and my daughter had a wonderful vacation the staff was excellent everyone spoke perfect English the rooms were lovely the food at Tova was delicious and we enjoyed ourselves very much the pizza by the pool side was absolutely fabulous the drinks by Nicole and Gabriel were absolutely delicious Xavier the concierge was more than a joy to help assist with taxi cabs and anything I needed"

"I am so happy we found this place and so grateful of the staff. The room was very clean, well taken care off, in general, amazing condition. I appreciate the coffee. "Beautiful location. Easy beach access (renter even had beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler) Renter provided a welcome package as well. We did not have to purchase supplies such as trash bags, toilet paper, washing supplies, coffee, etc. WIFI is excellent as is the air conditioning. We even made the 1 mile walk into town and never felt unsafe."
