“This was the perfect location for our week in Puerto Rico! Located just across the street from Seven Seas Beach, this clean and beautiful condo was easy walking distance to the ocean and several restaurants, plus it was an easy drive to Old San Juan, Luquillo and El Yunque National Forest. Plus, most evenings we could watch the sunset from the rooftop patio. Wonderful! ”

“Nice property with a great beach. We enjoyed the outdoor patio in the mornings and the beach in the evenings. Good snorkling, great coral reef if you wade out a ways.”

“Location: Awesome! Right on the beach. Note: don’t expect to swim. Water is way too choppy. View is stunning! Lots of area businesses within walking distance. Locals are so nice! Close to Luquillo Beach, awesome beach & authentic restaurants.Condo: secure gated community is a plus. Security employees so helpful & nice. Note: garage is under west building & condo is East building. It’s a walk back and forth from parking spot to condo. Security outweighs walk. One elevator wasn’t working. Long……

“We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful condo. The pool was a short walk and the beach just beyond that. It was quiet and peaceful.We all enjoyed the rooftop deck with the hammock and beautiful breezes. Plenty of room for our family of four and a great jumping off spot to enjoy nearby activities within a 30-60 minute drive like San Juan, jet skiing, rain forest, beautiful beaches, restaurants, and more. Brenda the host was very responsive and helpful. On-site washer and dryer came in……

“The place is right near the beach you can walk there, There is a grocery store, gas station, bank and restaurants near by. Place is clean it has a pool, beach chairs, cooler, towels, bed sheets for your use. Nice balcony, people are friendly and is quiet . The transaction with the owner was easy with all the instructions for getting in at the gate. I rented this place 3 times and it was great . ”

“This place was cozy and felt like a home away from home. The owner was very attentive when needed. The view was beautiful and the sound of the waves crashing. Unfortunately we couldn’t swim due to the seaweed at the time (July) and the large waves, but we planned separate excursions and beach trips nearby. ”

“We loved our stay in this apartment. It was bright, clean and comfortable with a constant breeze. The view was fabulous!! This apartment is at the end of the building with a corner balcony facing the most beautiful long natural stretch of beach that we’d ever seen. There is also a great view from the bedroom. The town has suffered from the hurricanes, but we found some good restaurants - La Parilla (the best in Los Kioscos), Ernestina’s, and Sama, and most nights we brought food home to enjoy……
