"The first night I checked in the wood pellet stove wasn’t working properly so when I woke in the morning it was pretty chilly inside. I notified the property manager and he immediately set to work fixing the issue. By the time I returned home from work, he had electric space heaters en route and a handy man came to fix the stove. "We had an excellent stay. Staff could not have been more helpful, the room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. We loved the small kitchen which was well equipped. We would have liked a welcome pack with a dishwasher tablet, soap to wash the dishes and a tea towel. We would have happily paid for that at reception. We will definitely be back and come prepared if eating in the room. "
