The room was clean, but the first three on the third floor smelled like ashtray until they moved me to the fourth floor. The hotel staff was very accommodating & kept apologizing . It is not staff’s fault : the hotel is old & outdated . I never stayed in a Holiday Inn hotel in the USA that is so expensive & so dingy.

Excellent weekend in Vilnius.

Ideal spot to stay with an easy walk into the main center and the lovely Vingis Park. Very welcoming staff and very comfortable room. If you need a snack the Cheese Croquet's from the bar are amazing.

The check-in felt cold and unwelcoming: no smile, barely any eye contact, and very little hospitality. More concerning was being asked to hand over my credit card so the card number could be manually written down as a guarantee. While hotels understandably need security for incidentals, a normal card pre-authorization would have achieved this without unnecessarily recording sensitive card details. This felt outdated and uncomfortable, particularly unexpected from an IHG property and for such a minimal minibar. On the positive side, the room was clean, larger than expected, and comfortable.

Stayed with a group to visit Vingis parkrun which is about 2 miles away. Hotel is in a good location, walkable to old town & castle. Rooms were clean & comfortable, powerful shower & a proper hairdryer (nothing worse than trying to dry long hair with a travel hairdryer!) Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice & bonus finished at 11 so plenty of time to get back from parkrun :)

Poor amenities - gym was very small, although they arranged sauna for us (which is only available when they don't have a conference!). Breakfast didn't have many vegetarian and vegan options - although staff were helpful in explaining the allergens. Location also not great for tourists.
