"Mejorar las indicaciones del departamento porque en el correo no indicaba departamento izquierdo y nos dieron la clave del internet del departamento derecho y eso nos confundió, el agua caliente no era suficiente para bañarse 4 personas. El internet perfecto, cocina lo básico y suficiente. Súper bien ubicado."

"Solo limpian la habitación al cabo de 3 días si la estancia es de 6 o más noches. Nosotros hemos estado 4 noches y no han limpiado. Esto no figura en la descripción. El estudio “deluxe” no tiene donde sentarse y no tiene vista a la calle. Buena situación del hotel, pero NO es un hotel, es un pequeño apartamento con lo imprescindible en cocina y baño, pero sin extras (2 tazas, 2 vasos, 2 cucharitas..,), y con máquina Nespresso."

"Las areas comunes del hotel están descuidadas. El mobiliario del hotel está maltratado, las alfombras de los pasillos manchadas y descuidadas, las puertas de las habitaciones sin mantenimiento, con rayones y descarapeladas. Todo esto da una sensación de descuido y un lugar viejo con poco mantenimiento. El personal amable y la habitación limpia."
