“The location was inconvenient (over 1 km from the metro station), the apartment was not comfortable; it was cold and the temperature could not be adjusted, lots of plastic flowers, etc. The faulty lock caused unpleasant communication and an expensive bill was charged to my credit card. “This property was a place were were staying over a week into our trip and the washing machine was a big reason I chose this place. The drum wasn't positioned right and it wouldn't work. When i brought it to the hosts attention, he said he would send someone over and then stopped answering my calls or texts. There also wasn't adequate bedding for 5 people and the dishes were cracking in half. ”

“Very cozy place. Communications with management was great and they came through on all of my requests. I found out later that I was actually staying in one of the best locations in the city by my tour guides. We felt very safe and secure there. “J'ai été harceler de message par checkmygest, avant et pendant les séjours,parfois en anglais , parfois en français. En revanche, après, plus de messages...J'ai appelé à plusieurs numéros et envoyé un m message sur le WhatsApp avec lequel il mon contacté. Je n'ai pas eu de réponse. J'ai oublié un médicament dans le frigo avec plein réfrigérateur, je n'ai eu aucun retour à mes messages. “Die Wohnung war nicht fertig: Das Hochbett hatte ein schmutziges Spannbettlaken, keinen Kissenbezug und die Bettdecke lag auf dem Boden. Wir konnten außerdem keine andere Bettwäsche bekommen, um das Bett selbst zu beziehen, und erhielten keine Antwort von der Hausverwaltung. Daher mussten zwei erwachsene Frauen sich ein Bett teilen. Darüber hinaus fehlten zwei Glühbirnen an der Lampe, und die Schiebetür zum Badezimmer war von oben, in der Nähe des Schiebemechanismus, bis etwa Augenhöhe stark mit……
