"This 3 bedroom duplex apartment has been recently renovated. It is very comfortable, in a safe neighborhood, very convenient to restaurants, shopping, Birmingham Zoo and Botanical Gardens. "

"Quiet location easy to get around Higland park and Downtown area. Lots of wonderful restaurants in local area. We stayed to see a play at BJCC very easy access and took us 15 mins to get there. Bed very comfortable and shower was amazing. Thank you Camille you were amazing and so easy to work with!"

"Walking into this property there was puddle of urine on outside front door. Cob webs and debris in elevator. Sticky tile floors(soiled), soiled carpet and exposed tack strip at every door threshold. 2 toilets unflushed with urine and poop. Plate with greasy paper towels in microwave not to mention insect infestation. Not to mention 2 weeks ago they made the rental a 4 day minimum after I reserved for 3 days several weeks ago. Very disappointed for money spent."
