Route 66 history comes alive at the iconic Clanton's Cafe, where locals recommend the chicken fried steak. The Eastern Trails Museum showcases pioneer artifacts while the Will Rogers Memorial Rodeo celebrates Oklahoma's cowboy heritage each September.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was spacious, very clean, and absolutely adorable! My friend and I were in town for a music festival, and it was nice to come back to this tiny house every night to unwind. If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet place to relax, this is the perfect choice! If you're going to Rocklahoma, it's only a 12 minute drive.

This place was perfect for our romantic getaway!! We’re already looking at dates to return. Communication was excellent. They called when we were running late to give us checkin instructions. They also called us to let us know the jets in the jacuzzi tub were not working and they couldn’t get the repairman out until Monday. They offered to switch rooms or a discount. Even without them working it was such a perfect visit. I just wished we stayed longer! I was really impressed that the hot tub was...

Not a large selection of much of anything close by but that’s because the whole resort is sort of at the end of a peninsula. Had to drive 25 miles into town to get a phone cord, but I expected that. The facility is fabulous and the golf course is amazing!!! Just bring everything you need and you’ll be awe inspired.

We have spent several nights at this property, and the rooms and staff are great. But.... They charge $3.00 to park in their parking lot, or even if you park in the parking lot of the restaurant next door. Everyone who stays here drives here, I mean its next to I-44, and Joplin only has two incoming flights a day which only hold 50 Passengers each. Do the right thing and drop that petty charge that detracts from this nice property.

Only stayed one night as it was a family funeral. Hotel was close to town but away from all the noise. Room was immaculate and up to date. Staff was very friendly, kind and polite. The free breakfast bar was good and well stocked to serv yourself.
Would stay again if I am ever in the area.
