Staff were very kind and supportive after we got stranded in Norfolk. Room was comfortable and clean. Property is old but maintained. Nice hotel for the price in this hot spot vacation area.

Room was great. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was nice. Staff was very nice. Only negative was poor water pressure in the shower. Overall, it was an excellent 2 day stay. Highly recommended.

Thank you Best Western Center Inn staff in Virginia Beach, VA for a truly wonderful experience! Our room was very clean and well prepared for our girls weekend stay although I must say the floors in our room #139 weren't clean. They are LVF and obviously hadn't been maintained. They were very gritty and we had to keep our shoes or socks on at all times. No, we didn't report this to management or housekeeping as it was a very small inconvenience. The staff were amazing and extremely attentive to our needs. We were treated as though we were old friends returning home for a visit. Thank you again Best Western Center Inn. There were 3 of us so that makes it a 15 star visit. You gals rock it!!

Hotel rooms was dated, beds wasn’t comfortable, breakfast is only 7am - 9am and it’s very limited. In addition and the area was sketchy. It was interesting night activity at this hotel. What I can say positive was that the front desk staff was nice and the room was clean. It had an Oder when we arrived but we quickly got the smell out of our room with an air freshener. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I’m not happy with the property and service that I paid for the hotel. The staff was rude and not helpful. Pool was not clean. Not enough food for the breakfast as per their advertising. Not recommended for family stay.
