"My husband and I had Room 1. The room was small - big enough for a double bed and a chair - but that added to the charm of an old historic building. The air conditioning was WONDERFUL - it was 96 degrees outside and our room was almost cold. The bed was comfortable, and there were chairs on the porch where you could sit and read or do whatever. Check-in was a breeze. We stayed 3 nights and if we were to go back to Virginia City, we'd stay here again."

"Newly constructed property. The walls were thin - noise could be an issue. We stayed on the first cold weekend of fall. The downstairs bunk room had no heating- just a blank switch plate where the thermostat should have been. The host was unaware of this. The portable air conditioner in the living room let enough cold air in during a wind gust - that the living room was uncomfortable.These are all issues that I am sure this host will iron out - she was very responsive and easy to work with. "We enjoyed our stay at your inn. The room was very nice and well maintained. Our only criticism of the place was the exterior. If we hadn't seen pictures of the room, we would have driven right by. The exterior looks terrible. With fresh paint, care of the parking area and flowers, it would be great. Hopefully, you can work on that soon."

"I liked the space and the grounds were well kept and attractive. The staff was exceptional and very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again. What was less than perfect was the fact that there is no air conditioning although the front staff say installation of A/C is in the works and maybe a year off. we visited when the temperature was in the 90's and it got even hotter a few days after we left. The property is beautiful, especially the back lawn area with creek and water wheel but was not crazy about the cabins proximity to the highway which causes quite noticeable traffic/truck noise. Even so, we enjoyed our stay."
