"Newly constructed property. The walls were thin - noise could be an issue. We stayed on the first cold weekend of fall. The downstairs bunk room had no heating- just a blank switch plate where the thermostat should have been. The host was unaware of this. The portable air conditioner in the living room let enough cold air in during a wind gust - that the living room was uncomfortable.These are all issues that I am sure this host will iron out - she was very responsive and easy to work with.
