I can't say enough. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all our questions with a smile. Every meal was delicious. The sculptures were out of this world. Thank you for am unique experience!

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE !!!! We stayed in a Glass Igloo and was able to see the Aurora from our room. It was so cosy and the staff were so helpful with everything. Loved our stay

It was gorgeous to have snow at your doorstep (literally), a frozen lake 2 min walk and forest about 5 min walk away! It was a joy to have the ability for the kids to get into their snowsuit ...
