A few things we noticed that would have improved our stay are; TV remote did not work, there were no kettle or hot drink facilities, the lift buttons to levels 2 & 3 did not work therefore we had to go to level 4 and walk down the stairs. "Of our 2 weeks in Norway, this was our least favorite stay. The beds were tucked away upon arrival, so we had to set up and put bedding on beds.
