"There were so many inconveniences that made the stay not worth it. The elevators were broken for 90% of my stay and I had to have my room changed when I arrived to avoid that conflict. Staff were not as welcoming and I was met with more resistance than anticipated on normal asks or processes. Food was subpar and couldn’t even get room service because my phone was not working. When reaching to front desk in person to get the matter taken care of, nothing was done. I had food that I asked to be taken by housekeeping and it was there for a day while I was away and when I returned I had to place the tray out side to get it removed."

"Laundry service was super convenient. Staff were incredibly nice and super helpful to navigate the city! Metro stop is right in front and passes by often. Porsche museum is also just a 10 minute walk away"

"Great location on main road into Stuttgart from airport. Close to main train station, restaurants etc. Hotel is modern, comfortable and has restaurant and bar on site. East and quick check in and super staff support."
