“The property was beautiful, the room was very comfortable. I had requested a one king bed room, but instead was given a two queen room. The front desk attendant was trying to do us a favor by checking us in early which we appreciate, but the room was very far away from the elevator and we were hoping for a bigger bathroom in order to experience the kohler bathroom experience, unfortunately the front desk attendant did not communicate this to us. ”
