“Upon check in we realized we were staying in a college dormitory type building and not an actual apartment. The air conditioning was not operating and the room was well over 80* as no one had stayed in this room for quite some time prior to our arrival. The place was clean enough and once the a/c started working it was much more pleasant. The king bed was 2 twin's slid together that were not at the the same height and had a 4" or so gap between the mattresses. my wife and i slept much better……

“Convenient location in between Road America, Elkhart Lake, and Plymouth. You're about 10 minutes from everything you stay in the area for.The apartment is a dorm, but it's clean and quiet and was perfect for spending our nights while watching the races at Road America.”

“Everything about the property was OK except the beds/mattresses. The listing doesn't make clear that this is a dorm room property, with dorm room single beds and mattress. To make a "queen" bed they literally push two of the beds together. Anyone expecting a normal bed and mattress is going to be disappointed.”
