“2nd time we stayed here. Great house and location. The dock outside the door is a huge draw. Unfortunately, the tides weren't in our favor and could not get the boat in or out for the majority of the day (11a - 4p) for 5 days due to low tide. Boat sat in the mud at the dock for hours.”

“Very disappointed in my stay here. I stayed here for 5 days and needed a space to work remotely. Arrived at 1pm for check in and realized no itinerary was emailed to me so I do not have the code to enter the property. Called host several times, no response. Rang the doorbell of the host's family and no response. Host called me back at 7:45pm, almost 7 hours after check in to give me the code. No itinerary, also meant no access to wifi and the neighborhood has terrible cell phone reception...

“This house has lots of sleeping space, a nice living room with a big tv, and a large dining table for cars and other games. There is also a hot tub and firepit that I wish we could have used, but it was too cold outside for our old bodies.”

“Stayed here before and it kind of went downhill since in looks, cleanliness, and functionality. Looks like the place was broken into not too long ago and they put a new janky front door that’s difficult to open and close. My brother’s toddler was crawling everywhere and her knees were BLACK with dirt and grime from the floors not being cleaned… same with the bottoms of our feet/socks. The Brita pitchers looked a little suspicious to drink from (we ended up buying our own water jugs), curtain...

“We spent a weekend in Discovery Bay, this location was excellent. The house was nice and the kitchen was well equipped.We rented a pontoon boat and explored the delta, the proximity to the fast water is great. I can only imagine that getting to fast water from one of the further spots could take 30 minutes so this location being just a few minutes to the lighthouse was very good. ”

“Nice modern house, well decorated. Jacuzzi, which seems to be a selling point, was less than halfway filled midday and into the evening. it was cold and was only on and full from 7-10AM despite the house manual saying 7-10pm. During the stay the host was not communicative when I asked about garbage cans and the function of the jacuzzi. The host was quite responsive after the stay but that’s the only time.”
