“This was a lovely place to stay while in Walnut Creek. The process to check in was involved, but the instructions provided made it seamless. Reported next morning; despite daily follow-ups, it took 3 days to address. Drain treatment reduced but didn’t eliminate smell, and we kept windows open much of the time.
