“Rooms were adorable and well designed. Historic touches. Common areas were cozy and functional. I loved sitting on the porch in the Adirondack chairs in the morning.”

“My friend and I went on a girlfriends' trip and had an absolutely wonderful stay in the Garden room at Rose Oak Ranch. Duane greeted us out front and gave us a tour of all the facilities. “Duane and Rhonda were wonderful hosts. We felt like we were visiting family more than staying at a B&B. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. Rhonda definitely has a creative eye for decor. We are already planning our next trip to see them. Thank you for a nice getaway! Next time we want to spend more time at your home and less time at the lake! Loved the chats over breakfast and my morning strolls to say good morning to the chickens, horses, and kitties. Thank you so much ♥️,...

“We got a deluxe room which had a lovely private patio with table and 2 chairs. Bed was very comfortable and that’s saying a lot because I own a sleep number. Love the little extra touches. Coffee in lobby chocolate chip cookies homemade for you on Libby. Blueberry scones delivered to room. Was so cool. Walking distance to anywhere downtown sutter creek. Cannot wait to come back.”

“The Innkeeper was wonderful, three-course breakfast was outstanding. Property is upscale, warm, and beautiful. I would go again in a heartbeat.”

“This place is a true GEM!!!! Rhonda and Duane are the best host ever!”
