Wir hatten nur für eine Nacht gebucht. Ein Ersatzzimmer wurde uns nicht angeboten. Bei Reklamation wurde dann behauptet, dass Zimmer wäre in Ordnung gewesen und man hätte uns auch ein Ersatzzimmer angeboten.
