“The shower in room 220 did not work correctly. Barely any pressure, making noise and not having hot water hardly at all. The breakefast was also lackluster at best. Extremely frustrating paying over $200 to deal with stuff like that”

“We had booked a king deluxe. Upon arrival and getting the keys, nothing was said to us about changing our room. As we entered we noticed it was 2 double beds instead. Went back to the front desk to discuss and apparently this happened because others extended their stay and caused us to essentially be downgraded? Cool. The room itself reeked of cheap air freshener to the point we had to air it out for HOURS. The curtains were TAPED shut with scotch tape and the windows/ windowsills hadn’t been……
