Staff was nice, little delay when we got there. My kids were pretty bummed that the pool was closed. I even called to make sure it was available before we arrived and it closed because the chemicals were unbalanced.

The staff was friendly. The property is close to shopping and sites to visit. I was very disappointed it didn’t have any type of breakfast for the price of the room. I didn’t notice it wasn’t included with the room. There wasn’t even coffee in the lobby? I have never been to a hotel that didn’t have coffee in the lobby. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel because it is way overpriced for what you get!

First put me in a room with a dead lock heater and had to move. Room are old and in need of a remodel. Lots of deferred maintenance. If no choice would stay again.

Great shower - lousy towels
Only stayed one night and all was as expected. The room was a typical size, clean, and reasonably furnished. The King size bed was comfortable and the pillows were fine. A shower was hugely important to me after a long, chilly day. The shower was excellent - plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The only downside was the towels were quite small and very scratchy. Also, they only provided 3 very small "bath" towels for 2 of us, saying we could ask for more if we needed them.
