“rooms were clean and tidy and the place flowed well. The breakfast area, it takes so long to get through a square room. Maybe instructions as to how to go in the room and get what you want as opposed to waiting in line for someone to cook toast when all you want is a bowl a cereal.”

“This hotel is within walking distance to the Ark Encounter which was a factor in our choosing it. The room was clean and staff does not enter your room during your stay. Parking was convenient. We stayed in Rm 109 and the mattress was incredibly lumpy which negatively affected our sleep. There literally was no good spot on it! A friend stayed in a different room and had no complaints. The pool was out of service which might affect family stays.”

“The Wi-Fi was not working, the telephone system was not working, and the only operational ice machine was on the other side of the building. While the rooms have a coffee maker and a small refrigerator, they have one microwave in the lobby for everyone to share. They have a very limited number of luggage racks, considering the number of buildings they have.”
