Fabulous comfortable bed and the best hotel pillows ever. Rooms are spacious and immaculate. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Almond milk was available for those with allergies or intolerance. Staff were clued up about allergies and checked the menu for me. Easy check in and check out.

Hotel is nice place to stay. Clean and spacious rooms, helpful staff. Decor maybe a little dated in some respects, but all the important stuff (furniture, bathroom, electronics) were all modern and in good condition.

The staff were brilliant, they were friendly and really helpful with our room request. The room was very clean, amd the aircon was a godsend at a time of a May heatwave! The restaurant area was clean, well staffed and the hot food on the dinner menu was very good. Would stay again and would recommend

Come for Warwick Castle, stay for the breakfast! Excellent fry up, great choice of pastries and the automated Nutella machine bowled us over. Absolute class. Only drawback was the air conditioning unit dripped on the first night.

Stayed for 3 nights moved room everyday due to air conditioning units not working. Hotel bar was a disaster zone ice making machine wasn’t working according to the staff and soft drinks dispenser not working either. The hotel is in a poor state avoid and go to the Woodford or Chesford it’s the same price and nicer. We had a poor 3 day stay complete waste af money and will never go back.

We booked 3 rooms, 2 of the 3 rooms had broken air conditioning. No solution was available and we had stay in rooms that that were 27 degrees. We were relieved that it was only 1 night. We did receive a partial refund, but was a very uncomfortable night.

First hotel I’ve ever been to with a choice of smoked and unsmoked bacon for breakfast, great spread and the family room had 2 large beds rather than a sofa bed.

The hotel has been upgraded a lot since we last stayed and was much more pleasant to be in. The breakfast was delicious. However one of the nights was a Saturday and there was a function and the bar was busy. As our room was at the front of the hotel we were disturbed by smokers outside and groups leaving. Worth noting.
