All excellent from property, staff and location. The only issue was road noise as on busy main road, this is not a critism just an observation from our point of view, may not bother people that are used to noise!!

Room was clean except burns in carpets. Flies in restaurant- get a big bug zapper! Staff were superb Dinner extremely tasty except charge for pods which lay empty of £45.00 for 2 hours. Breakfast was lovely Location is great but a lot of road noise all day and night from everything from motor bikes to tractors. Property has 2 windows to counter noise but still prevalent.

Arrived quite late on trip from Manchester to Oxford. This was a lovely place to stay and get a meal. The food was really good, and reasonably priced. Breakfast the next day was very good and the staff were very attentive, despite the need to get their children off to school. The room was spacious and quiet despite there being a road nearby.

Really welcoming and helpful staff, we had dinner in the bar and the food was amazing, just be sure you like things spicy if you have the chilli paneer starter, but the clue was in the name and a wee bit of yogurt on the side helped. Great service as well. Breakfast was really fresh and set us up for the day. The only tiny issue was some boy racer using the car park as a race track, but it only lasted a short while and didn’t detract from the stay. Would stay again if in the area.

Lovely clean room, included fridge, ironing board, iron as well as the usual things you'd expect like tea/coffee facilities, desk, TV, toiletries, hair dryer. Comfy bed. I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order. Would definitely stay here again
