"Staff was friendly, room needed updating, shower was not very clean and looked like some repairs were done in bathroom but not with a cohesive appearance. It was ok for a one night stay."

"For an Omni hotel, I was surprised how outdated my room was. The bathroom really needed to be renovated. It was nothing special, but very convenient for meetings at the RI Convention Center. The Convention Center was nice. Also, Fleming’s at the Omni and the coffee shop on the 2nd floor were good."

"The location was great, there was ample parking. We enjoyed out stay. Our stay was quiet and relaxing. It was a nice getaway place"

"The cooling system did not work very well. There was a parking fee and another hotel amenity fee, which brought it up an additional $80 a day."

"We love the location of the property. It's very quiet even though it is near the airport. Very close to I-9 5 which is a real bonus. The breakfast is good. It's adequate and always hot and fresh. The coffee was pretty good too. It's a good experience for Hampton inn. We wish that the hot tub was working, but maybe next time."

"Full breakfast every morning during my stay, was awesome! As far as the staff, when I checked in on 5/6/26 @ 12:30, the young lady that checked me in was superb! I forget her name, but she worked that shift. The other staff weren’t nearly as friendly and helpful as she was."
